Where can I find the model number of my stove?
The best and most accurate method is to write down the model number directly on the stove. Avoid using the owner's manual as it often lists more than one model. See a YouTube video
What should I do if my stove isn't yet on the list?
Well, that's easy. Take some pictures of your stovetop, a picture of your stove model, and we'll give you further instructions. And guess what? You'll get a 50% discount for that!
Are there other colours available?
Tidystove stovetops are also available in copper and silver. There is also double sided option available.
How do I take care of my Tidystove?
It's best to wash your Tidystove by hand and with a little soap to make it last. If you use the dishwasher, the Tidystove can be permanently damaged because of the moving parts. It's at your own risk if you choose to use the dishwasher. Tidystove isn't responsible for any damage
How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship as soon as it will be fabricated unless we have same model in stock. In this case we will ship next day. And then due to COVID can take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.
What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund, but we will have to work close together. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and if your claim is eliable we’ll give you your money back in full. See Return Policy for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as all our items are custom made. If you don’t like the item, just apply for refund.
